If you do not have a printer a hand written note will suffice.
Your note should contain your original order number found on your original invoice and the type of return. Either exchange or refund. If an exchange is required please state your alternative size.
If a refund is required please state how you would like to be refunded
Refund options are Credit / Debit Card or PayPal Refund depending on which method you chose to pay for your order.
You have 30 days from receipt of your goods in which to return them. Due to the health and safety at work act 1974 all returned goods must be clean and dry even if faulty. We must receive them within the time frames specified. We will not be accountable for goods that may be lost in the postal service. Please ensure that the correct amount of postage is used in order to ensure that your returns reach us. Refunds / Exchanges will not be given until we have received your returned goods as proof of delivery. Postage fees incurred by our customer(s) for returned goods are not refundable by us.

Our contract with you
After you have placed your order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email.
Our acceptance of your order and completion of our contract with you does not take place until the goods are dispatched to you. We will not be held wholly or partly responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which cause the delay or failure to deliver the goods or services, or to comply with any other obligation.
We charge £2.50 for the packing and delivery of goods. (UK Standard Option) This charge remains the same whatever the size of your order. When goods are in our warehouse and are in stock we deliver within 3-5 working days of approving your order. If delivery is likely to be longer, we will give you a likely delivery date. We reserve the right to accept in part or in full, or decline, any order or request for credit.
Your use of the products
All our products are for domestic use only. If you intend to use them for business, then you must check that they are suitable. You may also invalidate any warranty if the products are used for business purposes.
Using the product for domestic purposes
We will be responsible for any loss that you suffer as a result of a product's failure, provided the reason for its failure was reasonably foreseeable by both you and us when the contract was completed.
Using the product for business purposes
We will not be responsible for any economic loss including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, contracts, savings, loss of data, goodwill or reputation. Our maximum liability will be limited to the replacement value of the product.
Whether products have been used for domestic or business purposes, Clothes to Pose does not, by law, limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of duty, gross negligence or willful misconduct. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
